A 24 hour hackathon that will bring 4 universities together to brainstorm software solutions within a limited time frame.

Luna Hacks 2.0

The virtual event is designed to provide an introduction to the basics of APIs using Postman. Participants will learn how to use Postman, a popular tool for working with APIs, to send and receive requests and understand the basic concepts of APIs. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with the instructor and other attendees. By the end of the event, participants will have a solid foundation in APIs and be able to apply their new knowledge to their own projects.

APIs 101 with Postman

In this livestream, with Ruby Sattar being the host, we discussed some developer trends and workflows that would benefit students and juniors. I spoke about some noteworthy trends in web development, namely responsive web design, single page applications and progressive web apps. This was my first time doing a livestream and I really enjoyed the process getting to that point and I'm glad I got most of the things right.
